A room in our very spacious shared house will be available on 1th of July 2026. The room is approximately 40 square meters and is perfect for a couple who would like to live in a cozy shared house. Alternatively, we can discuss options to create two separate rooms. So, singles are also welcome to apply :) The two of us, whom you would be moving in with, have been living together for several years. We are both queer and love communal living. We really enjoy cooking and spending time together in the house, but of course, it's not a requirement. A relaxed and harmonious living environment is our top priority. In addition to the main room, your room includes a small private adjoining room that can be used as a dressing room, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower. The house has a total of three rooms, one of which (yours) is twice the size of the others. There's a large living room, a separate kitchen, a spacious garden with a terrace, and a basement for storage. On the ground floor, there's a small guest bathroom, and upstairs, a larger bathroom with a bathtub. The house also has underfloor heating, which makes it extra cozy. The Rhine River is within walking distance, and most essential shops are right nearby. We also have good bus and train connections. The rent is higher than for the other rooms, reflecting the room's size. The room would cost €1100 per month, including all expenses, but it offers a lot. Therefore, it might be better suited for a couple. The advertised bigger room is written out in the sense of a three people setup, but there is also an option to have a four people setup. We now explored options to make two rooms available, which make the prices much more.
